Hello, world
This is the first entry, kept deliberately small. Its purpose is to exercise every part of the chain: frontmatter validation, Markdown rendering, the post index, the feed, and the sitemap.
What is in place
- Astro builds the site as plain HTML at build time.
- Cloudflare serves the result from its edge with no Worker script in the path.
- Every post lives as a Markdown file under
src/content/blog/.
Adding another post
Create a new .md file in that directory with frontmatter matching the schema. The
route, index entry, RSS item, and sitemap entry all follow automatically.
A blog is a directory of text files with a deployment pipeline attached.
That is the whole architecture.
